Charles County Officer A. Fenlon was patrolling a business on November 5th at 2:30 a.m. on Crain Highway in Waldorf when he observed a suspicious vehicle.
Officer Fenlon approached the driver and observed marijuana inside the car. He also found crack/cocaine, a digital scale, drug paraphernalia and a loaded handgun – which was stolen from a nearby county – inside the vehicle.
The occupants, Shilita Christine Hewlett, 24, of California, MD and Francis Terrell Robinson, 32, of Piney Point, MD, were arrested and charged with possession of a stolen firearm and possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.
