On April 8, 2009 at 10:45 p.m., Deputy Michael Licausi and DFC Kevin Meyer responded to a Lexington Park residence at the request of a parent who believed a juvenile living in the residence was in possession of marijuana.
The deputies contacted the 16-year-old female and ascertained she was in fact in possession of a small amount of marijuana.
The juvenile was charged accordingly and released to a parent.
