In February, 2010 Detectives from the Bureau of Criminal Investigations conducted an investigation into complaints of a subject peering into windows of residences during the night time hours in Helen, Md.
On March 8, a 17-year-old male juvenile from Helen, was arrested by Det./Cpl. D. Alexander, charged with two counts of Criminal Trespassing and two counts of Illegal Visual Surveillance with Prurient Intent.
Additional charges are pending upon completion of a review of the case with the States Attorney’s Office.
