Pill Grinder, Drugs Found on Driver at Traffic Stop

On January 20 at 10:19 p.m., while conducting a traffic stop on a vehicle at Hawthorne Court in Lusby, DFC J. Harms subsequently found the driver to be in possession of suspected drugs.  

He arrested Claude Richard Carpenter, II, 29 of Lusby, and charged him with possession of marijuana, possession of phencyclidine and two counts of possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, a pill grinder and a key chain container used to store controlled dangerous substances.
