Enjoy a free day of admission to the Piney Point Lighthouse, Museum & Historic Park on Sunday, December 11 from 12 noon to 4 pm. Come and see the holiday exhibit inside the lighthouse keeper’s quarters where each room is filled with a different holiday storybook theme!
This nautically-themed museum will offer their version of Sandy Claws with a visit from Pinch, the mascot of the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs Baseball Team from 12 noon to 2 pm. The museum will offer a holiday kids’ activity and free refreshments.
The Lighthouse Lens Museum Store will provide an array of unique holiday gifts, many lighthouse or nautical items, sea glass jewelry, clothing and more! There will be a one-day 10% discount for all shoppers!
There will also be tours of the Potomac River Maritime building and the lighthouse!
