At 6:49 pm, on Feb. 9, on Fowler Road, in Owings, TFC Bowling stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation.
Upon contact with the operator, TFC Bowling observed a CDS smoking device in plain view.
A search was conducted and a cellophane wrapper containing suspected crack-cocaine was located in the vehicle.
Arrested at that time for possession of cocaine and CDS paraphernalia was Anthony Curtis Brady, 35, of Sunderland, Maryland.
After processing, he was transported to the CCDC to await a commissioner’s hearing.
