On January 13 at 6:53 p.m., officers responded to Car Quest at 2725 Old Washington Road in Waldorf for the report of two males spray painting graffiti on a building.
Officer J. Timko arrived on the scene and located a 16-year-old male and a 15-year old accomplice whose hands were covered with paint, holding two cans of spray. The suspects were arrested and transported to District 3. As they were being processed, officers developed information the suspects were responsible for previous spray painting vandalisms that occurred in the Lancaster neighborhood.
Both suspects were charged with destruction or property and released to their parents. Officers J. Timko, I Bier, B. Virts and S. Fulton investigated.
