UPDATE: 3/31/21 – On March 30 at approximately 11 a.m., officers responded to the 12100 block of Old Line Center in Waldorf for the report of an armed robbery. The initial investigation revealed a courier was making a delivery to a pharmacy when two suspects approached him. The suspects assaulted the courier and tried to force him into his delivery van, but he was able to break free from them and call for help. The suspects stole the victim’s vehicle and fled. Officers later found the van abandoned in Washington, D.C.

UPDATE: 1:35 P.M. – Detectives are investigating an armed robbery of a delivery man who was dropping off supplies to a pharmacy in the 12100 block of Old Line Center in Waldorf at about 11 a.m. this morning. As the driver was exiting his van, he was assaulted by two males dressed in all black who then stole the van and fled. The van is a white Ford high-top with a black stripe at the bottom and numbers on the side. Van has MD tags 3EF3045.
We are in the process of confirming additional details about the vehicle and the suspects. The pictures above is the actual stolen van and a clear photo of a similar van below. WALDORF, Md. – The Charles County Sheriff’s Office is currently searching for a White Ford Transit Hightop Van MD TAG 3EF3045 w/ lower black band & 202202 no side windows except front.
Two black male suspects robbed and assaulted a delivery driver and stole the vehicle at the Family Meds Pharmacy located at 12114 Old Line Center at approximately 11:00 a.m., this morning in Waldorf.
Driver & passenger are to be considered armed and dangerous.
