Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance – suspected Marijuana
On April 16, 2011 approximately 1:05 a.m. deputes responded a call for a suspicious vehicle, gold colored four door passenger car, parked on Starboard Court in Lexington Park, Maryland. The complainant advised the vehicle was occupied by four males. Upon arrival deputies located the vehicle and contacted the occupants. Deputies could smell a strong odor of burnt marijuana emitting from the vehicle. The vehicle was occupied by Steven Alexander Jones, 19 of Lexington Park, Maryland; Marcus Pedro Maurice Johnson, 18 of Lexington Park, Maryland; Deandre Jeremiah Williams, 19 of Lexington Park, Maryland and Darrius Cortez Holland 19 of Great Mills, Maryland. All for men were detained and a probable cause searched was conducted. As a result of the search, deputies located suspected marijuana inside the vehicle. All four men were arrested and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, suspected marijuana.
