A School Bus Driver called and reported a vehicle that failed to stop while she was off loading students.
Deputy Whipkey located the vehicle and found that the Suspect was in possession of marijuana and smoking devises.
Mark David Alexander (Age 56 of Valley Lee) was arrested by Deputy Anthony Whipkey for Possession of Marijuana and related smoking devices.
