Calvert Sheriff Deputy Ian Umphrey conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle near the 7-11 on Chapline Place in Prince Frederick on Oct. 17 at 12:30 a.m.
The driver, later identified as Linwood R. Thomas Jr., 21 of Prince Frederick, was found to be in possession of suspected marijuana.
He was arrested and charged.
