Tpr. C. Evans arrested Clarnzett P. Weems, 27 of Lusby, on Aug. 28 at 3:20 p.m. on an outstanding bench warrant for failing to follow conditions of probation.
The original charge was possession of CDS – not marijuana.
Weems was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was detained pending a bond review.
