On August 21, Sgt. Steven Hall of the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office found an envelope marked “Girl Scout Fundraiser” at the Wildewood Shopping Center in California. The names, Donna, Kate, Shelby, Amanda, Colleen and Carla, were written on the outside of the envelope
