Property Owner Threatened by Man Tempting to Burn House Down

On April 5, at 10:22 p.m., Trooper First Class Donaldson responded to the 7300 block of Old Bayside Road in Chesapeake Beach for a person acting disorderly. 

Brian Whitehouse, 23 of Upper Marlboro, refused to leave the property when asked by the owner and threatened to burn down the house and left the scene. 

TFC Donaldson is applying for charges.
