On October 2, a woman on Ridgeview Road in Lusby reported to Dep. Kevin Hall that she was awakened at 1:30 am that morning by her dogs barking. She noticed a man looking in her bedroom window.
The victim did not call police until 10:40 that morning so the subject could not be located. Dep. Hall will continue to investigate this case.
