PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. – The Calvert County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) will hold a public hearing Tuesday, July 31, 2018, to consider and receive comments on a proposal to adjust the Fiscal Year 2019 Water and Sewerage Enterprise Fund operating budget. The hearing will begin at 10:30 a.m. in the Commissioners’ Hearing Room at the Calvert County Circuit Courthouse, located at 175 Main St. in Prince Frederick.
The proposed budget adjustment is to allow the Department of Public Works, Water and Sewerage Division, to use funds from the Water and Sewerage Fund to purchase a combination sewer cleaner vacuum truck.
Citizens can view the resolution online. Individuals who cannot attend the public hearing may submit written comments. Written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., July 30, 2018, and may be submitted by emailing COMMISS@calvertcountymd.gov or through the U.S. mail to the BOCC at 175 Main St., Prince Frederick, MD 20678.
