A public hearing for comment will be held on Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the matter of Southern Maryland Electric Cooperative’s (SMECO) rate case filing.
The filing has been docketed by the Maryland Public Service Commission as Case No. 9396. SMECO’s rate case filings and associated pleadings in the matter are available in the electronic docket file (9396) which may be viewed or downloaded at www.psc.state.md.us.
The hearing will be held at SMECO’s headquarters, 15035 Burnt Store Road in Hughesville (Charles County). Members of the public who wish to comment on the matter are welcome to attend the proceeding before Public Utility Law Judge Ryan C. McLean.
