Reward Offer for Info on Charles County Fugitive

The Charles County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a fugitive and CharlesCounty Crime Solvers is offering a reward for information that

Bynum

leads to an arrest.

Joseph Daniel Bynum, 22, is wanted for failing to appear in court on a second-degree rape charge and for indecent exposure. Bynum, whose last known address was in Faulkner, is described as a white male about 5 feet 10 inches tall. He weighs about 175 pounds and has numerous tattoos.

Anyone with information about Bynum’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Sheriff’s Office at (301) 932-2222 or Crime Solvers at 1-866-477-TIPS. Crime Solvers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information that leads to Bynum’s arrest. All callers remain anonymous.
