ADVISORY: The Flood Warning for St. Mary’s County has been extended until 2:45 PM EDT Thursday.
LEONARDTOWN, Md. – The National Weather Service in Sterling Virginia has issued a Flood Warning for Southeastern Charles County in southern Maryland & Northwestern St. Mary’s County in southern Maryland until noon EDT.
At 8:21 AM, local law enforcement reported flooding in western St. Mary’s County. Flooding is already occurring. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen.
Road Closures due to Flooding. Please avoid the following areas.
