Traffic on Church Street in Prince Frederick will be reduced to one lane starting Thursday, April 23, to allow workers to replace a failing water main pipe. The eastbound lane closure could remain in effect until July 7.
According to the Calvert County Department of Public Works, this partial closure will likely transition into a full road closure by the Maryland State Highway Administration (SHA) because the county’s repair work coincides with SHA’s Main Street improvement project.
