On April 26, Charles County Sheriff’s officers responded to the 4000 block of Night Heron Court in Waldorf for the report of an armed robbery.
Investigation revealed the victim, a 21-year-old Waldorf woman, was approached by a male suspect as she exited her vehicle.
The suspect grabbed her arm and then her purse. She struggled with him until he threatened to shoot her. The suspect grabbed her purse and fled the scene. The victim was not injured.
The suspect is described as a white male and is approximately 25 years old. He is 6 feet 2 inches tall and was wearing blue jeans and a dark, long-sleeved polo shirt.
