LEXINGTON PARK, Md. – Sabre Systems, Inc. has appointed Mr. Robert Hanley to Vice President, Cyber Solutions Architect and Mr. Brian Campo to Vice President, Technology Solutions Architect. The appointments advance Sabre’s mission to provide innovative solutions to customer’s complex mission challenges and reflect the outstanding technical leadership, business development, and experience of Mr. Hanley and Mr. Campo.
Mr. Robert Hanley served as the Director, USN/USMC Airworthiness and CYBERSAFE Directorate for Naval Air System Command before coming to Sabre as the Senior Executive Director of Cyber Solutions where he was responsible for business operations and development in the areas of Cyber Security Safety and Mission Assurance, Systems Engineering, and Model Based Systems Engineering. In his new role as Vice President, Mr. Hanley will lead Sabre’s strategic cyber vision across all business sectors. Leveraging his unparalleled expertise in Cyber Security, he will lead business development activities to support continuing growth in both cyber operations and capabilities. Robert joined Sabre in 2017 bringing with him over 38 years of experience in engineering with a focus on Aerospace, Cyber Security Safety and Systems Engineering. Robert has received over 50 awards for his career accomplishments from the DoD, Industry and Academia including the DoD Distinguished Civilian Service Award and most recently being named one of the top 35 aerospace engineering graduates ever to graduate from Virginia Tech since it was founded in 1872.
Sabre is equally pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Brian Campo as Vice President, Technology Solutions Architect. Mr. Campo joined Sabre in 2016 and served as Senior Executive Director, Federal Civilian Programs where he provided operational leadership and business development support on key Enterprise Modernization, Business Intelligence, and Data Analytic programs for the Drug Enforcement Agency, United States Census Bureau, and Bureau of Labor Statistics. Brian has also served on Sabre’s Technology Governance Board since 2017 where he is responsible for advising on software, applications, and system enhancements of the organization. As Vice President, Technology Solutions Architect, Brian will be responsible for the development and advancement of technical solutions and custom technical frameworks for customers across Sabre’s core markets of C4ISR, Cyber, Data Analytics, and Enterprise Modernization. According to Senior Vice President of Business Integration, Marie Jarabak, “Brian’s rich background, technical expertise, and intense passion for creative and sustainable problem solving makes him an integral part of executing Sabre’s mission to lead the way in technology solutions for our customers.”
Brian is a graduate of the Naval Nuclear Power School and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has over 20 years of application development experience analyzing, designing, documenting, and testing systems, as well as 10 years of project management and business development expertise within the defense and federal sectors.
