A homeowner on Carriage Lane in Huntingtown advised Calvert County Dep. Frank Winston that unknown suspect(s) placed a homemade soda bottle bomb inside her mailbox and ignited it at around 3 a.m. on Nov. 26.
A neighbor advised that after hearing what sounded like a single gunshot at about 3 a.m., they then saw a motorcycle leave the neighborhood.
