A large-scale search operation is underway in Lexington Park as emergency crews respond to reports of a critically missing person. First responders were dispatched to an address on Valley Ct. just before 1:00 p.m. on February 8, 2025, after receiving reports that an individual had gone missing in the wooded areas near Spring Valley Drive.

According to emergency dispatch communications, the missing individual is described as non-verbal and experiencing difficulty walking. The last known sighting indicated they were wearing a red shirt with ruffles and flower-patterned spandex-like pants. Search teams have been mobilized to comb through the heavily wooded terrain near the dead-end of Spring Valley Drive, with firefighters requested for additional manpower to aid in the operation.

Incident commanders established a search base at the Valley Ct. address, coordinating multiple rescue units, including fire department personnel and specialized search crews.
