At 8:16 am, on Tuesday, February 13, TFC Linger and Tpr. Evans observed a tan Saturn with the driver not restrained by the seat belt. A traffic stop was initiated and contact was made with the driver, Dana Leigh Jameson, 22, of Mechanicsville and the passenger, Kimberly Ann Gordon, 22, of Mechanicsville.
During the course of the traffic stop, CDS paraphernalia with cocaine residue was seen on the rear passenger floorboard.
Both Ms. Jameson and Ms. Gordon were arrested for possession of cocaine and CDS paraphernalia.
Once at the Detention Center, a CDS smoking device was found on Ms. Jameson’s person. Both subjects were detained at the St. Mary’s County Detention Center pending a bond review.
