AVENUE, Md. – Saturday afternoon, October 24, 2020, police, fire and rescue responded to a single vehicle overturned on Oakley Road in Avenue.
Crews arrived and found a single patient trapped in the vehicle.
MEDEVAC was requested after an initial assessment was conducted. The crew from Squad 5 completed the extrication within 4 minutes of arrival.
EMS transported the patient to 7th District Park where Engine 51 handled the landing site for Trooper 7.
MSP MEDEVAC Trooper 7 transported the patient to PG Trauma Center.
