On March 18, 2015, suspect John Allen Combs SR, age 42, of Lexington Park, was charged with Sexual Solicitation of a Minor.
As a result, search and seizure warrants were executed. Evidence was obtained indicating Combs had a social media account and email account which he failed to disclose to the Sex Offender Registry as required by law.
Detective Corporal Raddatz, of the Sex Offender Compliance Unit in the Criminal Investigations Division, arrested Combs on 4-10-15 by warrant. Combs was charged with 2 COUNTS of Sex Offender Violation.
