Sex Offender on the Loose, BCI Seek His Whereabouts

On August 27 during St. Mary’s County sex offender weekly compliance checks, Bureau of Criminal Investigation detectives determined John Andrew Talley had moved from his residence located in Leonardtown on or about August 10. BCI detectives were informed that Talley refused to disclose his whereabouts as required by law.

Talley is a convicted child sex offender.

Detectives have a warrant for Talley charging him with Failure to Notify the Sex Offender Registry of a Change of Address. He is described as a white male, 30, six feet tall, 175 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
