LEXINGTON PARK, Md. – The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the identity of the person pictured in a theft investigation. On three occasions, Nov. 29, 2021; Dec. 10, 2021 and on Dec. 15, 2021, the suspect gathered up clothing and fled the Kohl’s store in Lexington Park without paying for the items. The suspect is a black male in his late 20s or early 30s, approximately 5’8″ tall with a thin build.
On Sunday, Dec. 12, 2021, the suspect entered the Kohl’s, was confronted by staff, fled the store and last seen driving a silver Nissan.
