On November 22, 2010 at 2:53 p.m., Trooper Thompson responded to the K-Mart in Prince Frederick for a reported theft.
McKinley T. Brooks, Jr., 18 of Huntingtown, was arrested for attempting to exit the store without paying for a video game.
He was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
