Shoplifting: On July 13 at 7:08 p.m., Trooper First Class Wiersma responded to the Giant Food Store in Prince Frederick in reference to reported shoplifters. Two customers attempted to exit the store without paying for several items. Diane D. Mason, 45, and Yvonne Mason, 47, both of Chesapeake Beach, were unable to produce receipts for the items in their carts when exiting the store. Charges are pending.
