On August 16 at 1:25 p.m., two unknown suspects fired shots from what appeared to be a BB gun or pellet gun at a VanGo bus near St. Stevens Drive and Red Fox Lane in Waldorf.
The rounds shattered two of the bus windows but did not injure any passengers. Officers canvassed the area and located several witnesses who described the suspects as black males in their teens. One suspect has a light complexion, weighs about 140-150 pounds and was wearing a white tank top and blue jean shorts.
The other suspect has a dark complexion and a medium build. He was wearing red shorts and had a white t-shirt wrapped around his head.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Charles County Sheriff’s Office at (301) 932-2222. Crime Solvers is offering a cash reward of up to $1,000 for the tip that leads to the arrest of the suspects.
