As the rain started to fall on the Calvert County roadway in the early afternoon on Wednesday April 29, Huntingtown Volunteer Fire and Rescue had just finished up handling a two car accident at Route 4 and Lower Marlboro Road.  Upon return to the station, another car came out.

This was for a single vehicle accident involving a truck that struck the guardrail and rolled over.  There was one entrapment and the patient needed to be flown to the hospital by Eagle 1.

Cause of the accident is still under investigation.
