On November 28, 2011, at approximately 5:30 a.m. deputies responded to a residence on Budds Creek Road in Clements, Maryland, for an assault report. Investigation revealed Christina Marie Wedding, 26, of Clements, Maryland, became involved in an argument with the victim. The argument escalated when Wedding slapped the victim and then retrieved a knife from the kitchen and stabbed the victim on his arm. Corporal Handy arrested Wedding and charged her with First Degree Assault, Second Degree Assault and Intentional Injuring Person with a Dangerous Weapon.
