St. Mary’s College of Maryland men’s basketball team invites FLOW mentoring mentees and their families to attend their Jan. 3 game against Arcadia University! The game starts at 2 p.m., Jan. 3, 2009, in the SMCM Athletic and Recreation Center. Free admission will be provided for mentors, mentees and their families.
Sarah Tyson, SMCPS Program Manager of FLOW Mentoring, said “This is a great way to kick off January as National Mentoring Month. We have a very strong and growing mentoring program here in St. Mary’s County Public Schools and we are excited to start off this special month with a tribute to our mentors, mentees and their families.”
