At 5 p.m. Dec. 8, TFC Keen stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation on Rt. 2/4 in Prince Frederick.
Upon contact with the occupants of the vehicle, TFC Keen detected the odor of suspected marijuana. A search was conducted and suspected marijuana was recovered.
Arrested at that time for possession of marijuana were Keith Griffith Jones, 18, of Chesapeake Beach, and a 17-year-old male, of Huntingtown.
After processing, Jones was incarcerated in the CCDC to await a commissioner’s hearing. The juvenile was released to a parent.
