On July 18 at approximately 4:30 a.m. Cpl. Moschetto responded to the area of Md. Rt. 4 and the south entrance to Main Street in Prince Frederick for the report of a half-clothed female walking in the street.
Moschetto made contact with the female, later identified as Krystal V. Goad, 25 of Prince Frederick. Goad was administered a PBT and was determined to be under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. Goad became unruly, flailing her arms and legs, refusing to stay seated in the patrol vehicle, and hollering profanities.
Goad then spit at Moschetto. Goad was ultimately arrested by Moschetto and charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, second degree assault and hindering a police officer in the performance of his duties.
