St. Charles Towne Center is stepping up their roster of stores this spring! Mall management is pleased to announce the addition of Shoe Dept. Encore to the community shopping destination, offering local shoppers more retail options. The 12,122 square-foot space is set to open near Macy’s Home on April 1.
