St. Mary’s College Rowing Teams Wrap Up Fall Season At The Head Of Occoquan

How it Happened:

• The St. Mary’s Women’s Collegiate Varsity Rowing team was the top Division III finisher in event 34 and took 6th place out of 16 teams overall. The Seahawks finished with a time of 11:54:35.
• In the Women’s Collegiate Novice 8 Race, the Seahawks finished in fourth place out of 14 teams and were the top finishers among Division III Institutions. St. Mary’s crossed the finish line at the 14:05:36 mark.

How it Happened:

• In event 37, the Men’s Collegiate Varsity 8 squad finished in 7th place out of 10 teams. The Seahawks crossed the finish line in a time of 17:11.170, which was second best among Division III teams in the race. 
• Event 49 featured the St. Mary’s Men’s Collegiate Varsity 4 team who came in 7th place out of 10 teams. The Seahawks crossed the finish line at the 19:02.142 mark.
• The Seahawk Men’s Collegiate Novice 4 team came in 6th place out of 11 teams and was also the top Division III finisher in the race. The St. Mary’s squad earned a time of 21:03.217
