LEONARDTOWN, Md. – The following report contains information or arrests and warrants released by the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office.

Arrests:

Brian Christopher Hancock

Possessing Contraband in a Place of Confinement- On 12/7/17, Dep. J. Smith responded to the St. Mary’s County Detention and Rehabilitation Center, in reference to Suspect Brian Christopher Hancock, age 38, of Leonardtown, possessing contraband. Investigation revealed Suspect Hancock was searched after being out of the facility and contraband was located on his person. Hancock was charged with Possessing Contraband in a Place of Confinement.

Joseph Louis Herbert Jr.

Violation of Protective Order- On 12/8/17, DFC. Lawrence observed Suspect Joseph Louis Herbert Jr., age 61, of Lexington Park, in the company of the victim; there is an active Protective Order prohibiting contact between Suspect Herbert and the victim. Herbert was arrested and charged with Violation of Protective Order.

12/7/17- Garry Marquis Dupree, age 27, of Waldorf, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for Driving While Suspended by Cpl. Potter# 255.

Katrina Lynn Rigdon

12/7/17- Katrina Lynn Rigdon, age 52, of Mechanicsville, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for Driving While Suspended by Cpl. Potter# 255.

Taylor Symonae Brown

12/7/17- Taylor Symonae Brown, age 18, of Mechanicsville, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for FTA/Theft by Dep. Molitor# 304.

Joseph Patrick Ellis

12/7/17- Joseph Patrick Ellis, age 38, of Leonardtown, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for FTA/Fraud and Bad Check by Dep. Molitor# 304.

John Frederick Vance

12/9/17- John Frederick Vance, age 53, of Lusby, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for FTA/Indecent Exposure, and FTA/Consume Alcoholic Beverage in Public by Dep. Ball# 315.

Walead NMN Othman

12/11/17- Walead NMN Othman, age 50, of Lexington Park, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for Assault 1st Degree and Assault 2nd Degree by Dep. Holdsworth# 305.

Erin Jean Pinno

12/11/17- Erin Jean Pinno, age 60, of Great Mills, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for False Statement to Officer and Telephone Misuse: Repeat Calls by Dep. Sidorowicz# 328.
