St. Mary’s County Deputies have arrested the following people for Controlled Dangerous Substance Violations:
– On November 20, 2010 at approximately 10:40 p.m., Deputy First Class Boyer was conducting a premise check in the area of Date Way and Green Tree Drive in Lexington Park. The residences in the area had recently sustained burglaries. Dfc. Boyer observed Alphonso O’Neil Hudson, 20 of Lexington Park, sitting on a curb dressed in all black. Hudson was sitting away from residences and vehicles. As Dfc. Boyer spoke with Hudson he could smell an odor of burnt marijuana on his person. Further investigation revealed a partially burn marijuana cigarette on Hudson’s person. Hudson was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, suspected marijuana.
– On November 20, 2010 St. Mary’s Dfc. Stone was assisting other deputies with a suspicious activity call on Kavanaugh Road in Mechanicsville. Dfc. Stone was interviewing Janae Christina Byrd, 19 of King George, Va. and located a baggie containing suspected marijuana in her wallet. Byrd was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, suspected marijuana.
