Shortly after 1 p.m. Wednesday, St. Mary’s Sheriff’s Office High School Resource Officer assigned to Great Mills High School responded to the report of an injured student.
Deputy Dale D. Repel found a 16-year-old male suffering from injuries to his wrist and abdomen. An ambulance was immediately dispatched and transported the victim to St. Mary’s Hospital for treatment.
A 14-year-old suspect is in custody for the stabbing and Deputies and BCI Detectives are continuing the investigation.
