Congressman Steny H. Hoyer (MD-5) announced the names of fifteen Fifth District students who have received appointment offers to attend one of four U.S. Service Academies for the next school year. Today, Congressman Hoyer held a reception for the students and their families at the Library of Congress in Washington, DC.ย
