Charles County Sheriff’s detectives have arrested a third suspect wanted in connection with four armed robberies that occurred last month.
Joseph Lee Proctor, Jr., 21, of Pomfret, was arrested on Sept. 6. Proctor is one of several suspects who took part in robbing partygoers throughout the region.
He and two other suspects have been charged with robbery and are being held at the Charles County Detention Center. The investigation is continuing.
