Suspect asked to leave– police arrest suspect for disorderly conduct

Lexington Park, MD— Disorderly/Resisting Arrest – On November 28, 2015, at 7:29 pm, Tpr. Mulhearn responded to the Bay District Fire Department for a reported disorderly subject.  Tpr. Mulhearn made contact with the complainant, who advised Aaron Jamaal Hudson, 21, of Lexington Park, had been acting in a disorderly manner and had been asked to leave. 

While Tpr. Mulhearn was escorting Mr. Hudson from the firehouse, Mr. Hudson began to pull away.  Mr. Hudson balled his fist in an aggressive manner and failed to comply with several verbal commands.

He was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center.  He was charged with Trespassing, Failure to Obey a Lawful Order, Resisting Arrest, and Disorderly Conduct and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
