On Dec. 17, at 8:15 p.m., Jawaan Montell Carroll, 22 of Mechanicsville, was arrested by Tpr. J. Hardesty on an outstanding bench warrant.
The original charges were driving on a suspended license and fleeing and eluding a police officer in a motor vehicle.
Carroll was served at the St. Mary’s County Detention Center without incident.
