On Nov. 14, at 9:39 a.m., Matthew Lynn Guyer, 24 of Duncansville, Pa., was arrested by Tpr. W. Jefferson for possession of CDS. Guyer was operating a purple Chevrolet on Great Mills Road in the area of Essex Drive in Lexington Park, when he was stopped for an equipment violation.
A routine MVA check through Pennsylvania revealed Guyer was driving on a suspended license. Guyer was taken into custody.
A search incident to arrest revealed Guyer was in possession of a prescription medication, Suboxone. Guyer was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review.
