On Dec. 15, at 1:03 a.m., Dashawn Lakeem Moore, 24 of Bowie, was arrested by Cpl. J. Linger for possession of marijuana.
Moore was operating a blue Chevrolet Silverado on southbound Three Notch Road, north of Hollywood Road in Hollywood, when he was stopped for an equipment violation. Contact was made with the driver, Moore, and an odor of burnt marijuana was emitting from the vehicle. A routine check through MVA revealed Moore’s driving privileges are suspended. Moore was placed under arrest. He was also found to be in possession of marijuana and CDS paraphernalia.
Moore was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was charged accordingly and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
