Annapolis, MD – Technology accounted for a significant — but somewhat stagnant — portion of the state’s economy in 2015, according to new state-level analysis of the tech economy.
Maryland ranked 15th for technology employment in nonprofit IT trade association CompTIA’s annual Cyberstates report, which ranks states based on the number of residents who hold technology jobs. As a small state, it’s not surprising that places like California, Texas and New York top this list.
