On Oct. 10 at 9:48 p.m., Charles County Sheriff’s officers responded to the McDonald’s on Route 5 in Waldorf for the report of a fight.
Upon arrival, officers located a 16-year-old male with an injury to his head. The victim reported he was struck with a baseball bat but refused to provide additional information. He was treated at a nearby hospital for non life-threatening injuries. Officer C. Stuft is handling the investigation.
